· Question 1: Does your cleaning procedure dry my leather?
No...the process I use is actually a delicate hand wash where I even moisturise your leather as I clean it.
· Question 2: How much do you charge and are you expensive compared to other leather cleaners?
This is a really good question and I will answer by saying...I do request my loyal customers invest a little more with me to have their leather cared for. Most of the cheaper leather cleaners will try to trick you with cheap quotes initially. I will NOT do as the others do where you are quoted one price over the phone but once the cleaner arrives at your home to perform the leather cleaning for you they tell you its not going to be $89 now...but you have to now pay $289. Then once they finish they will usually try to up-sell you again with some kind of protection and what you thought you were going to pay (just $89) is now up to $459. When I give you a quote I never change it! The price I quote you over the phone is the price you pay when I leave...so no nasty surprises ever.
· Question 3: My new lounge was expensive...what is the best way I can care for it and make it last longer?
Another good question...What you should do in between cleans is wipe the lounge over with a warm towel and slightly soapy water. Give it about one hour to dry then apply a special leather conditioning cream and be sure to rub it in well. Alternatively you can call me and I will be delighted to care for your leather lounge on a maintenance program once a year to keep it in tip top condition.
· Question 4: Why should I invest in you when you charge more than some of the other leather cleaners?
